Something does not work
Tell us which app and version, what you did and what happened instead. The Windows app keeps a log that helps and carries no e-mail addresses, file paths or tokens:

The FAQ answers the usual ones — accounts, where recordings are kept, sharing, night vision, the encrypted relay and the optional AI. If yours is not there, write and ask.
Privacy, or your account
You can delete everything the service holds about you from the app itself: Settings → account → delete account. If you would rather we did it, or want to know what is stored, say so and we will answer.
Nothing on this site collects anything about you: no form, no cookies, no analytics, no third-party requests. What you send by e-mail reaches us and nobody else.
